Andrew B. Cogan has been named chief executive officer of Knoll, Inc., and Kathleen G. Bradley as president and chief executive officer of Knoll North America. Cogan and Bradley were promoted upon the resignation of John H. Lynch, chief executive officer of Knoll Inc., who will remain on the Knoll board of directors. All changes become effective April 2001.
