Midland Chutes adds HydraLogic’s odor control to trash chutes and compactors

January 30, 2008—HydraLogic Systems Inc. has announced that Midland Chutes, a North American leading fabricator of trash chutes and compactors has incorporated the Company’s Ecolo systems and solutions into the standard architectural/building specification for their garbage chute and compactor installations in the US and Canada.

The HLS Ecolo products will be sold by Midland Chutes distributors and manufacturer’s representatives to customers in the architectural high rise industry, says HydraLogic. Based in Schiller Park, Illinois, Midland Chutes is owned by JJD Industries, a holding company that owns businesses across multiple industries generating annual revenues in excess of fifty million dollars.

HydraLogic’s odor control products are all natural, non-toxic and designed around bio-science and essential oil technologies, says the company. Sold under the HLS Ecolo brand, the products are currently utilized by customers controlling harsh odors in grocery stores, hospitals, schools, apartment buildings, shopping malls, restaurants, hotels, entertainment complexes, food processors, manufacturing operations, waste haulers, landfill sites and municipal wastewater plants.
