Stroud — September 14, 2023 — Service by Medallion, a leading provider of facility maintenance services in the San Francisco Bay area, has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) due September 15 for facility maintenance companies to join its expanded Partner Network to service clients.
Service by Medallion’s client list is diverse; the company has been servicing large corporate campus in Bay Area including high tech, life sciences, social media companies for over 45 years. The company was voted as a Top Workplace for 2023 for the fourth time.
Service by Medallion is looking for facilities maintenance companies with a Class B / C general contracting license that can work closely with Medallion’s facility services team on providing a variety of services to its growing customer base.
Facility services requested from the Partner Network:
• Workspace repair and general maintenance
• MAC: moves, additions and changes.
• Handyman and facility technicians (Need Class B license)
• Painting
• Engineering
• HVAC
• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Specialty trades: sheetrock, framing, etc.
