July 16, 2007—SBM Site Services has completed its acquisition of Alternatives Sources, a janitorial services provider to specialty hospitals, health care facilities, and industrial clients.
According to the announcement, SBM is adding strength from Alternative Sources’ strong position in the specialty hospital and industrial markets. SBM Site Services is a leading facilities support organization, focused on providing janitorial, clean room, and laboratory sanitizing, recycling, and environmental awareness programs, change support, building maintenance, and vendor management for its customers.
Alternative Sources will continue to operate from its current offices in Wichita, KS, as Alternative Sources, a Division of SBM Site Services LLC. SBM’s headquarters is in Sacramento, CA.
