February 25, 2004—TRIRIGA and Cushman & Wakefield Semco have formed a partnership to market and support TRIRIGA’s software applications throughout South America. Cushman & Wakefield Semco selected TRIRIGA as its partner for facilities management solutions based on a cost vs. benefit analysis of TRIRIGA’s flexible, web-based Intelligent Business System (IBS) platform, according to the announcement. The company will perform full integration, implementation, localization, training, and support services for TRIRIGA’s South American customers. Cushman & Wakefield Semco, the largest real estate firm in South America, has a customer base that includes a large number of Brazilian banks. TRIRIGA is a major provider of technology to centrally manage and control capital assets.
