March 7, 2003—UNICCO Service Company, an integrated facilities services outsourcing company, is providing custodial services for the Post Property apartment community, Post Addison Circle, in the Dallas suburb of Addison, Texas. The contract was won in collaboration with Simon Properties under Simon’s Total Facilities Services (TFS) program.
Under the agreement UNICCO provides custodial services to the entire ten-building complex including all indoor and outdoor public areas. UNICCO, which started the contract on January 20, began by retraining the existing staff and applying its management expertise in facilities services.
