May 23, 2003—Veramark Technologies Inc. has announced that its eCAS call accounting system—the industry’s first completely Web-based call accounting system—is compatible with Avaya IP Office, Avaya’s all-in-one communication system that enables small and medium-sized enterprises to take advantage of IP telephony applications.
When coupling eCAS software with the Avaya IP Office, enterprises can generate user definable reports that monitor telecommunications expenses for individuals or groups, identify company-wide telephone usage trends, detect toll fraud, and measure employee productivity.
The software is accessible from any networked workstation running an Internet browser. It is packaged and priced specifically for pairing with the Avaya IP Office.
